Dear Government Lawyer:
Each year, The Florida Bar Government Lawyer Section honors one public servant as the recipient of the Claude Pepper Award for extraordinary and exemplary contributions to our profession. Who do YOU think should win this award in 2016?
To be eligible for the Claude Pepper Award, nominees must be lawyers in good standing who have provided legal services for at least ten (10) years in full-time government employment. The winner must exemplify the highest ideals of dedication, professionalism and ethics in service to the public. Please consider nominating one of your colleagues for this prestigious award. Click here to download the application.
Additional instructions, and information about past recipients, also can be found Here.
Nominations for this award are due by May 2, and the winner will be honored, in-person, during the Annual Meeting of The Florida Bar in June 2016. It is my privilege to be part of this selection process, and to work with committed public servants like you. If you have questions about the award, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your participation in the Claude Pepper Award nomination process.
