Clark R. Jennings, Recipient of the 2015 Claude Pepper Award

Dear Government Lawyer:

On behalf of the Government Lawyer Section of The Florida Bar, it is our pleasure to congratulate Mr. Clark R. Jennings on being the recipient of the 2015 Claude Pepper Award. Among various judges, selection criteria included professional achievements; longevity; significant positions with federal, Florida and local Bar associations; lecturing, mentoring, writing; and working in high pressure situations; and other community service. Fundamentally, the judges looked for people who are not only excellent lawyers, but excellent citizens.
