Patrick L. Imhof

Patrick L. “Booter” Imhof is Staff Director for the Senate Committee on Innovation, Industry, and Technology. He was formerly the General Counsel for The Florida Bar. He has been employed by the Florida Legislature for over 35 years in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Mr. Imhof received his B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1972 and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas in 1978. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Texas. He is a former of the Member Benefits Committee, a former Chair of the Continuing Education Committee, a former Chair of the Administrative Law Section, and a former Chair of the Government Lawyer Section of The Florida Bar. He is currently an ex officio member of the Government Lawyer Section Executive Council and the Administrative Law Section Executive Council. He is a member of the Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee. He is also a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and the Florida Government Bar Association. Mr. Imhof has also served as General Counsel for the Florida Public Service Commission.
