Publications

The Section welcomes all submissions that adhere to the Section’s editorial guidelines, which comply with the Florida Bar’s standards as a minimum requirement. Submissions must remain apolitical, neutral, and should not advocate for or against any political, ideological, or social positions. Additionally, submissions must avoid any language that could be construed as discriminatory, inflammatory, or biased.

 

Submissions concerning government or political issues, including legislation, judicial decisions, or policy matters, must meet these requirements and be presented in a balanced, objective manner. Acceptance of submissions is at the sole discretion of the Executive Council.
